Every PTG Co. item is made in the USA. Blanks are manufactured overseas but the finished product your are purchasing is screened, stitched, labeled and packaged by PTG Co in the USA using locally owned printing and embroidery businesses. Thank you for supporting a local brand and the small businesses that make it possible.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express through STRIPE payment processing. You can also checkout with PayPal using your PayPal account balance or credit card. All payments are encrypted and processed via secure SSL certificate on both desktop and mobile.
All orders are shipped USPS with order tracking. Most orders are processed same or next day. You can expect delivery 2-3 days after processing. Hawaii, Alaska and International orders may take 5-10 days. Wholesale orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. Order tracking is sent via email directly from the carrier.

You do not need to register for an account to purchase. However, registering for an account makes order tracking and future ordering easier. An account will allow you to take advantage of promotions and FREE product offers as they become available.

You can return items within 10 days for a full-item refund less shipping if applicable. Items must be unworn with original tags attached. Returns of worn or damaged product will not be issued a refund. No exceptions. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to your return with your NAME and ORDER NUMBER in the subject line. We will issue an RMA number that must be written on the outside of the box. A copy of the original order invoice must be included in the return. Upon receipt a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Processing time for refunds to post varies but is usually 3-5 days.

Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences
You can delete your Part Time Golf Company account at any time through your profile settings tab. Your entire profile and placement will be removed. Information about your fishing preferences and geographic location is retained in our archive records after your account has been deleted.
